Cancellation Within 24 Hours
- Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
- If the request is made within this window, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
- Please act promptly so we can process your cancellation smoothly.
Cancellation After Shipment
- If you request cancellation after the order has shipped, delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
- The remaining amount will be refunded after the product is returned to us in its original condition and passes inspection.
- The deducted delivery charge covers shipping and handling costs already incurred.
How to Request a Cancellation

- Include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation.
- If the item has shipped, you may reject the delivery on arrival. The refund (minus delivery charges) will be initiated once the item is received back and inspected.
Approval Timeline

After shipment: Refund is processed once the returned item reaches our facility and passes inspection.

Pre-shipment cancellations: Full refunds are initiated within 24 business hours to the original payment method.

Post-shipment cancellations: Refunds (minus delivery charges) are issued after inspection. Funds may take an additional 4–5 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

COD orders: You’ll receive a secure link via SMS/email to submit bank details for the refund.
Important Notes

Customized/Personalized items: These cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as they are crafted specifically for you.

Condition of returned products (post-shipment cancellations): Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and invoice intact.

Rejected deliveries: If you refuse delivery, the same terms apply — delivery costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded after the item is received and inspected.
