Hassle-Free Returns

Aarvee prioritizes your satisfaction and offers a simple return policy to keep your shopping experience effortless.

Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please raise your return request within this timeframe.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Nose Pins (Naths)
  • Toe Rings

These exclusions exist due to hygiene considerations.

Important Note for Returns & Refunds

Video evidence for damaged products: If you are returning a product due to damage, please capture a video while opening the package upon receipt. This video is crucial to process your refund claim. Returns for damage may be declined without this evidence.

Initiating a Return

  1. Visit our Return Centre and complete the online request.
  2. Enter your order number and contact details, then select the unused items you wish to return.
  3. Upload a clear photo (and video if applicable) of the items being returned.
  4. Choose “Request Return Shipping from Aarvee” and submit the form.

Return Approval & Processing

  • We typically respond to return requests within 24–48 business hours.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive an email with packaging and pickup instructions.
  • Pickup will be scheduled to the original delivery address where possible.
  • Our delivery partners will inspect items at pickup.

Important Packaging Notes

  • Return items in their original packaging with all tags, invoice, and accessories included.
  • We recommend using the original outer packaging to ensure safe transit.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24 business hours after the returned items reach our facility and pass inspection.
  • For COD orders, you will receive a secure link via SMS/email to submit your bank details: <your-bank-details-collection-link>.
  • Depending on your bank/card issuer, funds may take an additional 4–5 working days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer online exchanges. You can return unwanted items and place a fresh order for your desired pieces. We recommend ordering promptly as items may sell out quickly.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order before shipment, contact us at <your-support-email-here> with your order number.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may reject the package on delivery. A refund will be issued after it returns and passes inspection.

International Orders

Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes for international returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
